Boot Camp Cornwall
Let’s get this clear it’s a Boot Camp without the frills... if you are looking for an affordable complete package with accomodation and food included but don’t mind tented accomodation, communal bathrooms/showers, washing your own dishes, then keep on reading... if you can’t bear the idea of early starts with wake up PT, full days of excitment and activity then think of somthing else. We have a range of equipment and activities that are second to none from High Ropes to Climbing Walls to Canoes to Archery to Mountain Bikes to Coasteering and much more.
If you're in a rut, need someone to give you a kick start to thinking positivly about yourself and others, maybe want to loose a few pounds with good honest exercising?... Well come and join us and give yourself the self-confidence and motivational boost you deserve. If you are a family group wanting to do somthing together, or a bunch of mates wanting to do some bonding, or a youth group needing some challenges then this is for you.
The days are broken up into sessions that will be both on and off site, water based and land based dependant on the weather and can include activities such as:
Wake Up PT, Command Tasks, Circuit Training, High Ropes, Climbing, Abseiling, Coastering, Mountain biking, Archery, Canoeing, Snorkelling to name a few. Rest assured you will sleep well at the end of a long day.
All this including your accomodation and food. Just £299 per person Monday - Friday or £290 Friday - Sunday. All activities with equipment provided.
