Wet & Wild Day - Porthpean
Duration: 6 hours
Location: St Austell PL26 6AZ
Age Restrictions: 6 years + (under 18 can be left with parental consent form)
Notes:: A full day from 0915 - 1600. We provide wetsuits, you need to bring a packed lunch, swimming costume, towel, shoes/trainers that can get wet. You should be confident in the water and be able to swim 25m unaided but you do NOT have to be a good swimmer. Will take children from 6 years old unattended with a signed parental consent form but it is a long day for the very young and good fun for the adults! You will not waste the day if the weather is bad because on-site we also have High Ropes, Climbing, Archery and Mountain Biking.
This is without doubt our most popular and best value activity and perfect for family groups. During this action packed day you will be open canoeing, rock jumping, kayaking and snorkeling. Operating off a beautiful Cornish beach you will explore into caves which smugglers once used, land on isolated beaches and swim with the amazing marine life. Discover the very best of Cornwall and its spectacular coastline with top class equipment and high qualified instructors.
Body Boarding or Surfing - Portreath
Duration: 2 hours
Location: Portreath TR16 4NN
Age Restrictions: 6 years + (under 18 to be accompanied by an adult)
Notes: A morning or afternoon start dependent on tides, confirmation on booking. Please bring with you a Towel and swimming costume. Minimum age 6 years old. All activities are subject to weather and conditions.
Make the most of the waves and get surfing. This is an ideal first session for the less experienced and children. Body Boading is great fun in any conditions and will get you used to the waves in a safe and fun way or we do also have a good range of quality surf boards if you prefer. Our British Surfing Association qualified instructors will take you through everything you need to know to get you riding waves from basic surf safety, to how to paddle, catch a wave and finally surf. We provide everything to get started including wetsuits and boards.
