 World Award Winning Cornish Cheeses for Christmas 

Treat yourself to some of the very best cheese for Christmas. Last year the Cornish Blue Cheese Company beat 2,600 entries from 26 countries to win the prestigious title of Worlds Best Cheese and Sue Proudfoots 'Crumberly won a Silver! This year Sue won a Gold Three Stars with her Miss Muffet out of over 14,000 entries in the Great Taste Awards... how good is that! We ordered enough small truckles which are ideal for posting. These are very popular and we would recommend ordering soon to avoid disapointment. Cornish Blue - Nettle Yarg - Menallack - Trelawny - Miss Muffet - Gevrik Goats - Worthy Cheddar - Keltic Gold and Oak Smoked Cheddar.

Purely Cornish - Christmas Fresh Fish and Local Meat boxes
Enjoy one of the reasons we live here! We can send by over-night courier, anywhere in mainland UK, a box of the finest freshest fish caught that day and landed in Looe. The box will typically contain at least 20 portions of fresh fish with an average portion size of 150g. Don't worry they will all be fully prepared and ready to cook or put in the freezer. A typical a box will contain Haddock, Whiting, Plaice, Lemon Sole, Hake, Cod, Pollock, Sea Bass and Salmon.
We can also offer you 6kg Local Beef or Tender Lamb Boxes prepared by Treweers Farm, near Looe. The Beef box will typically contain a 1-1.5kg roasting joint eg topside; a slow roast joint 1-1.5kg; 1 pack of 2 rump steaks; 1 pack of 2 peppered frying steaks; 2 packs of 500gm quality mince; 2 packs of 500gm chuck steak, subject to variations in availability burgers/sausages. The Tender Lamb box will typically contain a selection of  2 leg roasts; 2 packs of 2 leg steaks; 1 pack of diced lamb; 1 slow roast shoulder joint; 2 packs of 2 lamb chops all portions are ready to cook or freeze.

Local home made Christmas Puddings, Mince Pies, Cornish Stollen Cake with a big dollop of the finest Cornish Clotted Cream is what Christmas is all about.

Tip of the day!
If possible spare a thought for the elves who would appreciate any orders being placed well before Christmas, in November if you can so we can book the reindeer to deliver in time for the celebrations. We will not dispatch until nearer Christmas.
