Restaurants
Squid Ink - This intimate 32 cover restaurant is chef owned and opened in July 2008. Housed within a character filled period building the decor is a fusion of contemporary and antique offering an eclectic blend of old and new. Specialising in local fish and seafood the menu combines contemporary British cooking with Mediterranean and Asian influences and reflects the best local produce that Cornwall has to offer. All dishes are made from scratch in the Squid Ink kitchen on a daily basis.
Trawlers Restaurant - As one of Cornwall's premier seafood restaurants, Trawlers philosophy is simple - fine food, a stunning harbour side setting and a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Trawlers cuisine is modern European with Cajun influences using fresh Cornish produce. The menu changes daily and includes the 'catch of the day' from the Looe fish market, just along the quay, and interesting vegetarian options. You can also enjoy a pre dinner drink outside in summer or eat 'al fresco' and absorb the ever-changing harbour side scene which ebbs and flows with the tide.
Barclay House - High on the hill with stunning views of the East Looe river valley you'll find Barclay House restaurant. Completely refurbished in 2005, the restaurant offers a smart, contemporary environment in which to enjoy the very best of what is caught and grown right here in Glorious Cornwall. The restaurant features the Modern Coastal cuisine of Head Chef Benjamin Palmer.
